    In this article, I will describe the steps needed for you to setup your Internet Explorer to view Errors. This will help you in getting your pages ready for the internet.
    (This information will include 3 parts, all these parts are set for Windows XP and Internet Explorer)
  • Recreate Issue
    In recreating the issue, this is just the opposite of what will be listed below in the Resolve section.

    In Internet Explorer
    Go to [Tools]
    [Internet Options]
    Click on the [Advanced Tab]
    Scroll down until you find
    [Show Friendly HTTP Errors Messages] (check this option)
    [Apply] then [OK]
    Then reload the page
  • Resolve Issue
    This works with: IE5, IE6, IE7, IE8 and the new IE9

    In Internet Explorer
    Go to [Tools]
    [Internet Options]
    Click on the [Advanced Tab]
    Scroll down until you find
    [Show Friendly HTTP Errors Messages] (Uncheck this option)
    [Apply] then [OK]
    Then reload the page
