Rendering projects in After Effects causes layers to offset when the camera is not set to Active Camera. - Article Details
When you are working with your Projects in After Effects, you may not be using the Active Camera, and when you render the project, the layers become offset. - Recreate Issue
To recreate this issue.
Set the Camera View to something other than [Active Camera]
This will offset your Layers during Rendering. - Resolve Issue
To correct this issue.
In After Effects, below the View window,
select [Active Camera] from the drop down list.
